This often involves programs and projects with a high degree of complexity, multiple stakeholders and significant strategic impact. My role varies from program and project manager to senior advisor and sparring partner for the board and management.
With more than thirty years of experience in business ICT environments, I have extensive experience with digital transformations, ERP and cloud implementations and large-scale change processes. I have been active on the supplier side as well as in directing and commissioning roles, which ensures a broad perspective and realistic decision-making.
Characteristic of my approach is the application of structure and peace in complex situations. Clear governance, clear responsibilities and transparent decision-making form the basis for this. Not by slowing down, but rather to enable progress and allow teams to work together effectively.
My experience spans a wide range of sectors, including government, food & agribusiness, telecom, banking, industry and defence. In these environments, I worked on organizational analyses, business cases, benchmarks and strategic cloud and IT roadmaps.
